Lagos, Nigeria - Through our annual conferences, lectures, and training programs, WIMBIZ seeks to build awareness for women managers and entrepreneurs on professional and business opportunities, as well as equip the next generation of women leaders with the education and tools they need to succeed in the business world. WIMBIZ evaluates its success based on the success of its members.

- Advocacy
- WIMBIZ engaged the services of tax consultants to develop an advocacy document on streamlining taxation and multiple levies in Lagos State. The document is currently in its final stages and will be presented to the Governor of Lagos State before the end of the year.
- Campus outreach
- The Winning Without Compromise (WIWIC) program, held twice a year, prepares female undergraduates for workplace and business issues by challenging them at an interactive session to discuss and resolve their expectations, opportunities, or fears. Over 500 students attended the WIWIC program in February 2010.
